Jonathan Goforth
1859-1936

Knox Presbyterian Church in Toronto is proud to acknowledge its historical link with Jonathan Goforth, the well-known missionary evangelist who worked in China a century ago. In fact, he and his wife Rosalind have a room named after them here at Knox. The following audio summary of their life and ministry is based upon Ruth Tucker's marvelous work "From Jerusalem to Irian Jaya: A Biographical History of Christian Missions" (Zondervan, 1983).
