– YOUNG ADULTS SCRIPTURE STUDY –
7PM THURSDAY NIGHTS AT KNOX ALL SUMMER LONG!!!
You and all your friends and all your strangers-who-are-yet-to-be-your-friends should really clear your schedules Thursday nights this summer. We’re studying, questioning, laughing, and wrestling our way through the gospel of Luke. Since learning and understanding and following Jesus is much more interesting and possible when it’s done in community, we’d love to have you join us. No experience necessary. If you come, you belong. See you there!
University and Young Adult Ministry is the space within the Knox community where students and young adults are encouraged to become active and passionate followers of Jesus as they explore the Gospel, their vocation, love and serve others, and are provided creative and expanding opportunities to use their gifts to bless others and share the good news of Jesus Christ.
It is a gift to be involved in a multi-generational church. We value spaces to learn from and connect with people in different stages of life. At the same time, we know that its important to connect with people who share our life stage – so we take time to connect there as well. Stayed tuned for details about upcoming events, or drop us a line if you have ideas!
Pockets of small community are at the heart of growing deeper in relationship with Christ and with each other. Connect with peers or an intergenerational group for weekly prayer, fellowship and bible discussion. Locations are throughout the city. Interested? Contact Ashlee Campbell, Home Church Pastor email@example.com
New to the city and looking for ways to feel a little more at home here? Adopt-a-student has its official launch in September, but there are always folks and families up for hosting and connecting with students throughout the year. If you’d like to be “adopted” by someone this year, contact Fiona for more information: firstname.lastname@example.org
Are you a student at U of T, Ryerson or OCADU? Undergrad and graduate students are encouraged to meet our friends Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship, Power2Change, and CRC Graduate Christian Fellowship. George Brown students are welcome to connect with the same ministries at the university campus closest to them, too!
