We are grateful to host a noon time presentation of the latest concert of the Trinity Bach Project. Death and darkness are unravelled in the cantatas of program three: the epic BWV 4 Christ lag in Todesbanden (“Christ lay in death’s bonds”) with its solemn Easter hallelujahs, and the brilliant BWV 67 Halt im Gedächtnis Jesum Christ (“Keep in memory Jesus Christ”) with its promise of peace that quenches fear.
